They're probably semi-motivated to get the crane in and out quickly in this case, whereas it doesn't matter much in Dinoland.

That’s true. Probably need it out of Tomorrowland by Presidents weekend and they’ll want the land wide open throughout Spring Break season.

What’s the precedent for complete tear downs of Astro?

They did it 10.5 years ago in 2014. They did a complete tear down in Disneyland in 2019.
