Thanks, Steve!

Any photos from park-goers would be appreciated.

I remember when EPCOT used to be smothered with robots. . . this may prove to be a lil nostalgic in some senses. . . but it seems its abilities are far from imaginable! :)

Pretty cool. But can it rub its head and pat its belly at the same time?? Anyway, nice to see EPCOT getting back to the cutting edge of things.

So now Epcot gots a Robot and some plastic!!!! Yeah!!!!!
Don't laugh.. lol .... these are steps in the right direction!

So, now a robot built by Honda in a park with an attraction sponsored by GM...
There's no conflict though, 'cause the focuses of the two are entirely different in terms of Guest experiences...

This is great! It will be there at the same time as me! I remember seeing a talking robot last year when I was at Epcot, but this should be different. Thanks Steve! :sohappy:

I Love Robots!! :sohappy: To bad the thing will be gone by the time I am there. :(

Somebody needs to abduct the bot and bring it to TestTrack for a ride!

Or if ya feel like getting that thing on the bus system (thats an adventure) take it to ToT and post the picture from the drop with the robots arms in the air!! :sohappy:

My affection for robots is unnatural and disturbing, do not follow my advice or example! :D

Your wish will be granted, assuming I get photographs of our friend. :D

They had one on the telly last night. Yes it is cool-ish, but doesn't have any "I want one now" factor to it.

WOW i am the total opposite. I think its incredible. I would love to have one. Shame it would cost about $60,000 and isnt available to buy. He would be a good buddy for my AIBO. :)

ah, I agree AIBO was very good, but this one does nothing for me (although as an indicator to which way robotics are heading it is incredible)

If only they came out with a robot lady :lookaroun

anyway

This looks to be pretty cool. The Plastics exhibit should be open soo enough too. Last week, talking with a few CM's the former Tom Morrow's Playground area at Innoventions West is being reworked for something new next year....at least Innoventions is still progressing.

No more free DDR?

You know Innoventions was best in 1994/1995 because there were so many more exhibits and the Sega one was really awsome. Of course it all went to crap when Innoventions because the road to tommorow.

That's great! This is the kind of thing I've always wished they had more of at Innoventions. Is it only temporary though? Sounds sort of like a limited engagement, but I hope Disney pushes for a full time exhibit.

And ideas where this'll be in Epcot? Innoventions?

The wife and I were thinking of spending the 4th at Disney this year. We were thinking the MK but if I can see a robot we'll head to Epcot! :D

It's in one of the World Showcase Pavilions, but not yet confirmed which, however I would guess Japan.

DMC-12

It's HarmonioUS, NOT HarmoniYOU.
