Actually, you are eligible. Just cancel your DVC room and book directly through Disney. Problem solved. All the free food you can eat.(or something)
Anyone who honestly believes free dining is "free" needs to shake their head.It even tastes edible if its for free, its the $350 a night for the room that sticks in the craw then.

Well that won't sit well with the entitled.Exactly. The offer isn't just "free dining", it's "free dining with the purchase of a multi-day hotel stay at full rack rate AND theme park tickets." That offer is available to everyone...assuming you're willing to pay for the hotel room and tickets.
Disney will not simply give free food to DVC members using their points and (in many cases) heavily discounted Annual Passes.
That's a typo I've long since given up trying to correct. Why would anyone want all that noise for free anyway?
Exactly. If someone wants free dining that much, do the math and if it seems like free dining is a better deal, bank your points and use them next year. For four people all 10 and over that can be worthwhile. What DVC affords members is an opportunity to get a good discount on lodging without waiting for a promotion and then hoping you can go during the eligibility period and get the deal before it runs out.Actually, you are eligible. Don't like the answers? Don't ask the questions. I don't think anyone burned you in effigy. We just collectively pointed out a: only people paying full price for the room and park tickets get free dining which DVC members don't; b: you can still "take advantage" of the promotion if you want but it is separate and you can bank your DVC points for another time; c: DVC members still get discounts others don't so it's not like we're necessarily getting hosed on thus deal and d: "dinning" is the incorrect spelling but it's teh internetz so grain of salt. If that all set your back to the wall like it's Assault On Precinct 13 and you're out of ammo that's the fault of no one here.Freaking relax, it was just a question. I have obviously struck a deep nerve that is running through the mortal wound that disney has inflicted upon you. All I was wondering was can I get a free dole whip? Didn't mean to stir up childhood trauma that has damaged/changed/hardened your hearts!
No free dining
Carry on!

If answering your questions and telling you your typo is no big deal is your idea of an "angry troll" then you are truly one delicate little flower.Sorry, didn't know you taught English. I'm a Brazilian tour group leader, so excuse my butchery of your language. I was just wondering, and got my answer. Sorry you are such an angry troll. Have a coke and a smile and shut the .........
