Are Disney food prices really over the top?

Every time I go in the park I see whole groups with those things and I always wonder if they've just decided the one drink from the resort before leaving is worth carrying them around all day or if no one told them how they worked.

Then I lean towards the latter and feel bad for when they find out.

I usually carry mine to the parks filled with ice and top off to munch on as the day goes by. Have a large carabiner to clip the handle to my minibag.

If I go to an Italian-American restaurant and the best things on their menu are salad and breadsticks, something’s wrong.

Thankfully, I have authentic Italian restaurants near me in Los Angeles, so I have nothing to worry about lol. I’ve had Italian-American food at two different spots in New York City and wasn’t impressed. Of course, that doesn’t mean that all Italian-American food in NYC and the east coast is underwhelming. It’s just that I haven’t found the good spots yet.

Our Mexican food is much better here. I’m going to Florida, specifically Cocoa Beach tomorrow for a friend’s bachelorette party, and she has chosen a Mexican restaurant. I scanned the menu and…well, yeah. We’ll see lol. We can go on and on about which which states have the best of whatever foods. But that’s a plus of living in the U.S. Variety of good food found across the States.
