Which is the best housing to pick from??

How much of a discount do you get on Merch?

So you just show them an id they give you and you get into any of the parks?

Can you do different parks on the same day?

Sorry I didn't respond till now, was watching a vid on youtube lol.

I have stayed at Chatham and currently am at Patterson. I will say that as of now, Chatham may be the better place to stay because A) no buses stop at Patterson and B) the construction going on. If things change in the future, Patterson may be the place to stay.

Merchandise is 20% off (except during the holiday period, when it goes to 40% off).

You use the ID the same way as a ticket. You just put it through the turnstile.

Yes, you can park-hop.

 So AWESOME!!

What was it like working your different jobs?

Is it true that you get discounts on Hotels for your family?

Does it ever seem that your actually working or is it still like your in a dream land?

Yeah, it really has been.:)

I have had so many great experiences with the different roles. My favorite so far has been character attendant. I had soooo much fun with that one.

Yes. In fact, I am using it in Aug for me and my dad at AKL. That should be great!

I don't really see it as a job. I love working here, and making magic for people. This is where I want to work for good.

My plan with doing the college program now is to apply for a professional internship with Disney Imagineering or at least some engineering spot at Disney after my Junior or Senior year. Do you think do you think that the college program is a good place to start? or is it even worth it in my case?

The College Program is a great way to get your foot in the door! After doing the College Program you can return to your campus as a Campus Representative until you are ready to do your Professional Internship. The Campus Rep position will help boost you up above your competition if you have the support of your Recruiter.

Wow, thanks so much again for answering all these questions.

What is the interview pretty much like?

How long are workdays usually and what time do you get up and go to bed?

I just got back from seeing PC again for the second time. I hope to get a picture with him when I come down to Disney World to work. Hopefully he'll still be there.

The workdays vary depending on your location.

I worked at DTD. A typical shift for me was 7 pm - 1 am and then I'd be extended until 3 am after I got into work.

Shifts also vary depending on the season - if it is slower you will most likely work fewer hours.

This can vary by role/location (in fact, it can vary even at the same location). For my first CP, I worked around 35-40 hours and always closed (so I started around 3-5 pm and worked til close, which could be anywhere from 10pm til 3am). My second CP I worked shifts that were something like 8:30am til 6pm. This one I worked around 45-50 hours per week. And my third CP I worked one of 2 shifts: opening (6:45am til 1 or 3 pm) or closing (1 or 3 pm til close). I worked around 35-40 hours here.

Oh, Prince Caspian is awsome! Soooo cute!:D

I did an engineering PI (Imagineering is tougher to get into) without having done a CP. A lot of my fellow interns went straight to PIs but that's possibly because the engineers came directly to our school to interview for our positions. (One in my department did it via the internet and phone though.) As I was leaving my PI, a former CP had just been offered an engineering PI so there are multiple ways of getting into engineering.

I hope to get one of those hours like that. I'm not a morning person lol.

And yes Prince Caspian is so cute!!

What are classes like and the hours?
