Anyone Need Not So Scary Tickets for 10/04/07?

My wife and I planed a Trip for 10/02/07 thru 10/07/07 and decided to cancel due to an invitation to Hawaii later in October. We already had reservation and Not so Scary tickets for 10/04/07. Everything but the Not So Scary tickets were refundable. We have 2 adult tickets for 10/04/07. If anyone is interested please respond. I can give my home phone if you want to chat in person. I can take a check or I even have paypal. The total cost for the 2 tickets were $85.98 including tax and shipping, we'll take $75.00 flat for the two and I have them in hand still on the confirmation sheet. Were a long time Disney fan and have been visiting WDW ever since we were 5 years old. This will be our first year not going in the 9 years since we've been dating and married. Sad but at the same time a invitation to a week and half in Kauai, HI is a chance in a life time thats impossible to pass. Thanks

OK, I'm too tired and bald to argue. Mike (and Kimmy) I apologize if I came across as brusque. I've just seen and heard of too many people getting burnt by buying stuff online from people on forums like this one (though not necessarily this one). So when someone's first post is an offer to sell, no matter what forum I'm on or what the item for sale is, I'm automatically suspicious, & I get concerned that someone might get snookered. And I'm not saying you're a swindler, what I AM saying is even people on ebay with high positive transaction rates and who use paypal sometimes wind up not delivering what they sell. FWIW, I think the people on this forum are by and large swell folk, and I'd hate to find out the forum was used to take advantage of any of them. It's pretty much why threads like this are often deleted. And also FWIW, I wouldn't have been so knee-jerk if it weren't your very first post. You gotta admit, it'd be easy for someone who didn't know you to suspect you joined just up to unload tickets you can't use, & that wouldn't be conducive to the sense of community people whose efforts I appreciate try so hard to cultivate.

I admit to seeing your point in regards to my tone. I certainly hope you can see my point in regards to my rationale.

That was big of you. I dont think I've witnessed such a nice gesture after being mean ever on this board!!

For what it's worth, I completely agree with Slappy. Not saying Mike and Kimmy are bad people, but you have to be suspicious of sales on the internet.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by this statement, but it sounds like you have something against passholders.

Nah, it wasn't that, it's just that (I think) passholders can get the tickets for about the same (give or take a couple of bucks) than his sale price. So it represents little to no bargain for a passholder.

I know personally I have had to take a step back on this site a lot and read everything with a grain of salt. I think it's difficult to tell tone or intention in most posts. :)

Excellent point! That everyone who may take things sensitive on a forum should re-read. Everyone is from different cultures / walks of life etc... There is no way to tell someones tone by reading their words. Well unless its all caps in bold with certain symbols pointed in it HAHA.

I think in general everyone here is awesome. I thought Slappys reason was nicely explained in the post above and I can respect feelings like that cause I agree with people getting taken advantage of to much online. Of course I don't think this was a case of that but overly cautious is better then not.

Newcomers Mike and Kim

Welcome Mike and Kim! The BS comes from long time experts. I had my grammer and spelling critiqued, my fifth posting. I felt like an idiot.
I was just trying to answer someones question. Go Figure! Stick around , not everyone is mean! Actually, the majority are truly helpful and nice.
