Oh my gosh that's awesome! My 7 year old nephew would love if he got a coconut postcard in the mail. I have to remember this. I saw a post on Pinterest about crazy things you can mail, like giant Easter eggs filled with things. No idea how that fits in the mail slot, but I'm determined to try it one year.

I've seen these before at the gift shop near the restrooms that bridge between Adventureland and Frontierland. (The one that has the surf tees and beachy stuff?) I've never sent one but we've chuckled about them in the past.

That's where I saw 'em a couple weeks ago. I looked at them in the barrel on the floor, and thought, Wat? Nice to know that postage is indeed included. Though I wonder if you need to use a Sharpie marker to actually write the address as opposed to a regular ballpoint pen. I would think so. Maybe one could be borrowed at the point-of-sale counter.

Most of the time if it won't fit in the slot and you are not home to receive the package they will slip in a little paper (orange or yellow most of the time) that says you were not home to receive an oversized package and you can either pick it up at your local post office or call to reschedule delivery. It happens to me every time I get my D23 magazine because they put them in those large cardboard boxes that won't fit in a NYC mail box.

I will have to remember this when I am down. My old work friends would get a kick out of it especially if it was sent to the old job haha.

I sent one to my boss one trip. I got mine at the POTC gift shop and they had a sharpie right behind the counter for me to use. Since I was sending it to my boss, I wrote, "NOT COMING BACK". His wife called him while he was at work all freaked out because she thought this weird misshapen thing on their porch was a bomb. :D
