Anyone do uber while at a Disney resort?

Yes!!! I think that's exactly why I probably do prefer standing.

Ugh! I'm sorry. That feeling's the absolute worst isn't it? You definitely have my sympathy and as much as I do not want to even think about it now, I'll be suffering those same blues in about 4 weeks:depressed:. But on the bright side, you can start planning your next trip now - right?
Yep, but we decided not to go until 2020 for costs reasons and for possibly doing a different vacation destination next year, unless the hubs starts getting Disney anxious (crossing my fingers!). It has been a while since I went a year without going to Disney:grumpy::depressed:

What a hot topic!

I've read through and can't be sure that any of you are traveling with multiple kids and stroller(s).

Any impact, convenience or cost-wise, to using these services when there's two adults, three small kids, and a stroller?

As I previously stated, walk over to the Contemporary and get an Uber from there.
That's a good idea. My last day here I'm planning on being at MK and of course want to be there until the last second and was thinking about taking Lyft back to BC to catch ME to avoid bus issues. But I wasn't sure how to work it. Thanks!

Well your situation may not be the most ideal for Uber/Lyft. You've got three kids in car seats? That might be a tall order to fill. Having one child in a car seat, maybe two is easier to fit. Then again, it's WDW so there may be an Uber driver riding around with a minivan and four car seats for all we know! Have you used Uber back home? I'm really curious to hear whether or not they were able to accommodate or not. My kids are older and there was no Uber when they were in car seats.

Supposedly, you can select UberX and add a car seat, for $10, if available. We've gotten SUVs and minivans and none had car seats in the vehicles. Frankly, I'd use a Minnie Van if you need a car seat - each vehicle has 2 car seats. They can also accommodate wheelchairs and ECVs. We like the Minnie Vans.

We always Lyft or Uber.....so easy. Just remember to go to Contemporary and catch uber there if you are at Magic Kingdom. You can walk or take Monorail but they will not pick you up a Magic Kingdom.

I'm in the same boat. This year, we sprang for two trips which was very unusual but the first was a really short trip. The trip this November is to see the Christmas decorations. Next year, we will probably not go unless I get really desperate. The DW doesn't care too much although she does enjoy going. Hopefully, we can save a little green and then go back in 2020 or 2021. I'm not counting on SWL due to crowds for a while.
