Don't they pay any mind to whay Disney is?

Options include:
- Sending him to the Turkey Leg oven
- Tying him to the tracks of BTM
- Make him a real live pinata in the Mexico Pavillio
all in no particular order.
I think they should make him a live animatronic in "It's a Small World." Tie him down and make him sing and listen to that song over and over again, for all eternity.

This just shows you that you cant trust anyone anymore. This is the reason that my son never ever leaves my sight when he is outside of the house. Its sad what this world is coming to. I remember the times when I would go out as a kid and be miles away from my house on foot or on my bike with friends and there was nothing to worry about. Now I worry about sending my son two houses down to play.
It's amazing the amount of people who simply want to do away with due process. This man (I use that term loosely) is pretty darn sick. It is a pretty scary situation, but regardless of how bad he is or how sick he is, he is still entitled to due process...period.
I also don't understand this mentality of "Oh, my gosh! Things like this should never happen at Disney". Well, actually, they shouldn't happen anywhere...ever!!! But they do. They have happened since the beginning of time. There are people like this that work at your grocery store, attend your church, live in your neighborhoods and teach in schools. Please do not act like Disney can, or even should, be any different than the rest of these places. Disney World hires real world people to cater to the fantasy…these things happen.
Use it as a lesson to keep watch over your children and the one close to you. Don’t try and understand why it happens, understand that it does and keep vigilant.

This is the kind of crap that gives us Disney CMs a bad name. He only represents a fraction of a percent of people at Disney. The other 99.999% would take someone down before we would let them hurt a child, guest or not. Just remember that all CMs have to pass a FBI background check and fingerprint check before we can work. Just be smart with your kids, don't let them do anything stupid like go over to a dated pop stars house to "play"... I am really kind of mad at the media for portraying this as "another" Disney employee who is ______ offender. It isn't that common!!!
I agree but what I find a little more disheartening is the fact that the police specifically went to the parks to arrest this guy. I know that Disney managers helped catch the guy but finding and arresting him while coming off of work is just sensationalism for the local news there. In my opinion it shines a bad light on the cast members and Disney's hiring practices. Something news stations just eat up. Don't get me wrong, if getting him at the park had to be done then fine, I'm glad they got him but please remember those who in no way resemble a piece of garbage this guy is.
It may actually look better for Disney that they DID arrest him on-property. This way they come out looking better for having cooperated with the police and the investigation. Imagine what the press would have been if he had been arrested at home, and it came out later that he was a WDW employee! The Sentinel and TV news stations would have turned it into "Disney Covers up Child-Molesting Employee!"
Nope..He is not "mental" he knew exactly what he was doing..He is just plain TRASH. Some folks are just evil..He is one of those folks. They are sick...and have mental problems. It is a fact of life.
A person's work is many times the easiest and safest place to arrest someone. If an employer cooperates with the police, which according to the article Disney did, they will know when he gets to work, when he leaves, where he will be etc. Also he would not be alarmed seeing cops at Disney as police presence there is quite common where as a car parked in front of his apartment could raise a red flag and give him the opportunity to flee or destroy evidence. Finally there is much less of a chance of him being armed at work.I agree but what I find a little more disheartening is the fact that the police specifically went to the parks to arrest this guy.
