I brought in an expert viewer (my wife) to ask her opinion. When I mentioned fake travel agency, she immediately stated down NY Street.

But someone guessed NY Street so we picked things in that area.

There is not much down NY Street so I don't think many guest travel down there. We only did while looking for Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano.
