LOL...you're heading in the right direction...this plaque is in plain view of anyone walking down Sunset Blvd toward the Tower...but I was wondering in anyone knew it's 'exact' location...

yep....you got the first one for sure...the Neon Mickey is in the window of that candy store on the 4th floor of the Contemporary...right near the pin station..

the second one is NEAR the restrooms at the ToT but, more accurately, it's mounted on the pillar that supports the housing for the fastpass location...it faces the street that leads to RnR...or it faces the ice cream stand on the corner.
