I would have to agree with Ziffel on the picture thing. Ruining someones picture on purpose is extremely childish and rude. I would be really upset if I caught someone trying to ruin a picture of my wife and I in Disney World. It's true that we would never antagonize someone to want to ruin our picture in the first place, however simply turning and asking them to please stop yelling would have gone a long way.

I have recently been removed from the employment of the Disney Co for going too far in asking a guest not to smoke in a non smoking area. So please forgive the cast members for not enforcing rules. Sometimes it is in your best interest to just keep your head down and ignore things.

Look I'm not calling you a liar but I have an extremely hard time believing that there wasn't more to it than just that. There is NO WAY that they fired you JUST because you asked someone to please not smoke in a no smoking area, that doesn't add up at all.

Sometimes if an employer is trying to downsize they will use any excuse to let someone go, so sad for this CM if that is the case here. Keep your chin up and good luck to you.
