Soooo I was informed I was old today at the ripe age of 24...
Back story: In one of the rooms at the old school I work at is where the school scences from my girl were shot. They did that in 1990 and the move premiered in 1991 so I was like 6 when it premiered. I gave a museum tour to a group of 4th and 5th graders today and when they got to the room I told them that the movie was shot there. They asked me when it was shot there, and I said 1989 or 1990 and I said when I was a little girl I was a big fan of the movie. Then they asked me how old I was and I said 24, and then they did the math and said OMGosh that means you were born in 1986, and I said yes that's correct, at which point they said WOW you're old! :eek:

I remember! You wanted the Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese. Gimme a day or so. It's in a magazine, and I've got to track it down and type it up for you.

ACK! DH just informed me that we're (along with several other people, I'm sure) helping this family move in tonight. I won't have time to go home and prepare a meal/dish to give them that they can stick in the freezer and cook later. What could I pick up that would be good for a married couple who are just moving to the area and their 2yo without being too cheap?

Um...I'm a fan of pasta dishes...

I think Pizza Hut has pasta dishes you can buy by the pan. You could try that. ?

Ooo! That's a great thought! And I bet they can freeze that and eat it at a later time, too, right? (Since we'll be helping them move in tonight, they won't have time to eat a dinner like that I'm sure.) Thanks Nibbs! I'll visit Pizza hut's Web site and check it out!

Well just tell a bunch of gifted fourth graders how old you are, then let them do the math and then they'll :eek:. And Jojo, when you're like 40 and look like you're 30 you'll appreciate looking younger than you do...:lol:
