How are things Jo? How's the new place?

Things are awsome! I'm so happy with how everything has worked out. And the apartment is great

We just decided to put it in God's hands. If we did, great! If not, great!

Apparently God thinks I can handle two. :dazzle:

2 are easier then 8. :lookaroun

But seriously- you'll do great :)

But I mean...I can only hope we will get another episode of Dot looking for chicken while you're in labor again...that's comedy gold!!!

Of course I'll be blogging though labor. Although I would hope Dot would have learned her lesson though :lookaroun

Yeah...not to send George out to buy chicken.

In other news, I'm applying to the USF Library Science Graduate Program. I'm scared out of my mind, but the good news is that my GPA is high enough to not have to take the GRE...if I want to go in the fall my application is due June 1st. I think I'm going to make a go of it. That was actually why I became a history major was to do library and archival science, and then the economy tanked and I figured I had to find something better, but I've really been going back to it because the economy has to get better eventually and eventually museum's will start hiring archivists again, and even if that doesn't happen till after I graduate, having a master's is never a bad thing. I've talked myself out of so many things this year after the whole law school fiasco, and I feel like maybe this is why. If I had gone to law school it might have been too difficult for me and then I might not have made it past being an L1 and that would have been really embarasing. The fact that my GPA is high enough that I don't have to take the GRE is a big hugeeee plus in my book because I studied my butt off for the LSAT and got the same exact score as I did when I went in there cold the fact that USF is about 45 min commute is also a really big plus in my mind, and I already have library and archival experience from working here. My Mom is a big believer in what's meant to be will be and I've never been that way, but I feel like maybe this is meant to be. The other nice fact about this program is that I can do it full or part time, so if it starts to get to be too much for me I could switch to part time which is really really good. I'm sorry I'm just kind of spilling but this is something I actually feel like might be the right path for me...

That's great Christa!

What are anyone's thoughts on having two middle names? That would be four names total (first, two middle, surname). :lookaroun
Kat, I'm a little late to the party, but I have 2 middle names. My first one is a traditional middle name, my second one is my mom's maiden name, as she didn't take my dad's last name when she got married.

It's never been a problem for me, although on most things, my second middle name is dropped because there's not a lot of room for it. My brother however, goes by both, with the initials of CP when he does things.

As for when I will name my kid when I have one, I'm not sure I'll include my last name. I might just do the first middle last thing. Not because it was a pain for me, but just because...

So ok, my boss calls me to tell me she rented out the bed and breakfast across the street from my office for the kids that did all the night shifts back at strawberry festival for tonight and that I need to take a few things over there. So I do, and then when I get there the woman that owns it asks me if I could help her do a few things, so I said sure of course, well about an hour later my boss gets there and is upset that I'm there because the teacher of those kids really really doesn't like me and she thinks it'll end badly. I said to her well she asked me to help her what was I suppose to do, say No, and you know what she told me? That I should have said no that I wouldn't help! I mean is that ridiculous or what. Sometimes she wants me to do the stupidest things, if I had said No to that woman it would have made me look like I was a rude, inconsiderate person and I would never do that. I just hate that she makes me feel bad when I do something like that...
