Dunno about that, but I do know that Eisner reportedly cursed when he rode JIYI 2.0 the first time and asked where the money went.

(:drevil::lol:)

A year or so later, JIYIwF 3.0 was on it's way. One thing that I will always respect Eisner for. He brought back my Favorite Character of All Time.:o

Clearly it was an "Oh god, WHAT HAVE I DONE!?" thing. Plus he did say that Figment had gone to "Figment Heaven" back then.

No, it was more of a " Where the _________ did our $#### go!?"
:lookaroun:lol:

I would have paid good money to have seen that.

Did he now? Never heard that one.

Maybe its time for Kodak to go at this point so a new refurb with new sponsor can be done.
Altho same happened with SE and look what happened. :brick: Not impressed with Siemens at this point.

*sigh* I think of SSE as a good concept gone awry. I see what Siemens and Disney were trying to do; unfortunately, what we have now doesn't sit well, especially on the heels of the masterpiece that was SSE/Irons '94. Hopefully the new fiscal year will bring things together.

At least the wand disappeared... :o

I totally agree, but Im thinking at this point both Disney and Siemens have thrown in the towel. which just makes me :fork:

Yeah, except Figment never came back. Some crazy a$$, annoying, troublemaking purple replacement dragon came back.

The REAL Figment was curious and fun-loving. This THING we have now is a joke.

It's the same Figment, it's just that he's as fed up with the whole Institute theme as we are and has decided to troll the hell out of Channing for it. You would too if you lost your home and your father like that.

I SAW IT!

I will never in my days forgot the look on his face. Thankfully the one time I got to see him in person, and it was that time.

It was EXACTLY that good. It was a Non-Disney look, and I don't fault him...

Plus we talked to a Cast Member (We were waiting in the extended queue outside when we saw him and the entourage walk out.) Because the ride had actually been down just a few minutes before he got there, and how they were all rushing around to get it working for him.

That's how I know it was the first time he rode and I WAS THERE!
:sohappy: :D

Thankfully he didn't have his poker face on, 'Cause I can confirm he wasn't happy.

Behavior is situational.....You saw Figgy as a very annoyed and disgruntled Imagination Institute Employee, that day that you took your tour...:lookaroun

Not kidding, I was there. It was a happy coincidence. I don't know exactly when it was, but it had just opened and I think this was only like the second time we had been on it, so we were waiting in the big switchback queue they had set up infront of the building (45 Min. line) and the ride had just come back up from being broken for a few minutes. Minutes later, there he is in his Baseball cap with the entourage of security and executives, coming out from the bypass hallway and out the front doors, looking very upset.

We were all stunned (Never saw him ever or since) and asked one of the Cast Members, and said it was indeed him, and they were all panicking about getting the ride working again, and that they got it up with only five minutes to spare.
