Am I the only one who noticed?

I posted this on the permits post and then read the imagineering post. Didn't see it mentioned. Am I the only one who noticed what they might do to Rainforest Cafe and ESPN? Take a look at the hand drawing underneath DTD and the Legend.

The documentary was mostly shot in 2016. If not read too much into the plans that were circa the Eastern Gateway project.

When it comes back I’d expect revisions.

I don't think the world is hurting from the loss of another Rainforest Cafe (the one closest to me has also recently closed, with more nearby also on their way out).

BUT, if Disney was to bring the (as far as I know) WDW-exclusive T-Rex Cafe to DTD, I'd be all for it. Same people, similar concept, but by all accounts the food is better. Also, Dinosaurs.

I'd go in with Applebee's-appropriate expectations (minus the food poisoning), but I would absolutely eat there once, which is more than I can say of the DTD Rainforest Cafe.

There are two Rainforest Cafe's in WDW, but none in DLR. Can we have it back please. Heck I would like to have the one that used to be in Seattle back too.
I’ve been to the Seattle one too. Also one in San Francisco. I think that one was the worst. I know the food isn’t great, but we’ve been going there for years. Since my kids were little and we always had fun.

Disneyland Paris also still has a Rainforest Cafe.

And at this point I think Disney Village is better than DTD Anaheim, which is something I never thought I'd say.

At least they still have a movie theater, the balloon ride and the Buffalo Bill show + McDonald's and Planet Hollywood.
