#8 is by an Celtic-Rock band. Not Off Kilter.

#9 is quite a well known song by a guitar virtuoso who died young. This song was covered by another guitar virtuoso who died young.

#14 is by a somewhat obscure old progressive rock band. This is the first track off their debut album.

#15 is by possibly the most well-known hard rock band in history. I'm surprised nobody has gotten this yet.
