As expected, it’s not yet on WDW’s Woman Page. Always men first. Sigh.WDW Site Update: Starlight's Date is now on MK's Main Page, CKS's Main Page, and Starlight has been added to WDW's Man Page!!!![]()

I tried to tell people there were delays and got ridiculed. There were some delays, and there are very likely previews - certainly for CMs.

YepSpeculating here so basically the 20th will not actually be Starlights very first performance and it’s more of a play it safe type date in case they run into unexpected issues?
For comparison, here is PTN currently in DL for its 70th anniversary. Very up tempo with When Can I See You Again by Owl City from Wreck It Ralph and Baroque Hoedown (Main Street Electrical Parade) mixed together.Thank-you, WDW, for an orchestra and not gimmicky electronica -- not that electronica can't have depth, but when creating electronica for 'families,' it often becomes... gimmicky.
I’m very lucky that my trip plans will let me be there on opening night, but million dollar question becomes how early do I have to post up on main street in order to get a spot? I’m worried the answer might end in an AM

Just saw PTN on 5/16. No trip planned yet for WDW. But looking forward to Starlight when I go.I like the coasts are getting electrical parades with different energies. PTN is a party, Starlight is a pageant. Can't wait to see Starlight in August!
Depends when you go.
AP is $1,550
6 days in October and then another trip of 6 days in December (which is when I go), the tickets with hoppers cost: $1,710.
Those 12 days are more than the AP.
Now, August and September, those two day-ticket trips cost $1,370. Cheaper than the AP.
Since I usually go 3 times a year, AP wins hands-down.
Well, as an out-of-stater concerned about price, it's unlikely I have a DVC access to Sorcerer. Also depends if you are eligible for Sorcerer or not.
At :43 they very quickly showed what could potentially be the techs working on the parade route lighting? If so it looks like the same blue color as Disneyland.
Blue fairy is it's own float, Peter Pan and wendy are on the float from Tokyo.

I think this just them looking at a float lit up in a warehouse.
Blue fairy float, you can see the wings up top. What float is this? It doesn’t look like the Blue Fairy.
There is visible signs of lighting equiptment waiting to be installed still on the liberty square & liberty square bridge light poles where they added brackets that have screws for 2 fixtures waiting to be installed.Yeah maybe. I kind of wonder if the whole route lighting package was ever true to begin with.
