I agree with you 99%. But there are seven billion people in the world. since 1955 Disney has had 2 billion visitors to there parks. IT's going to last for as long as people have the money and want to goto disney parks.
Hopefully you realize that the vast majority of the World's population lives in abject poverty by U.S. standards, without even the remotest possibility of ever being able to afford a WDW vacation. Even a growing number of Americans no longer can afford WDW vacations. The most obvious example of this is ticket prices. In 1982, a 3-day unlimited ticket cost $35 including tax, $83.50 adjusted for inflation. A comparable ticket today costs $361 with tax.

Hopefully you understand that the overwhelming majority of WDW/DL "guests" are repeat customers. Customers tend not to return if they feel they are being charged more for less. People are funny that way.

But if you are going with the mind to be looking at everything in detail then don't be like my dad and just dont' go to the parks if that's what is the mentality when going to the parks. DIsney will not listen to complaints we are trained not to. Disney is that last place in the world were families can feel safe and be relieved of the preassures of reality.
Perhaps you are under the mistaken impression that you are not suppose to listen to complaints.

I'll bet your supervisors would disagree.

Based on the grammar, not sure any report written down would make sense if this is the norm for cast members dealing with the public now. That made about much sense as TDO, so probably legit.
