Well, the imagineers at the D23 conference also stated that there will be refurbs for Small World and Peter Pan in 2010. But he then went on to state that it was part of their maintenance.

According to Steve, and everything I've heard, the refurbs were exterior only and happened last year.

Already done, don't expect walls around them this year.

What I'm more interested in is how they said that they are thinking of several things for Mickey since he will be losing his house and how they may use Casey Jr. in a way they never done before (but it's all early concept). I hope they didn't mean a food stand. :brick:

Okay but still a new permit was filed for a new exterior package, whatever that means. I guess it could be much of nothing, or maybe something more.

True. Still just says rehabilitation though.

I wouldn't expect changes.

Oh yes I agree but I am pretty sure that is what it will be :brick:

Cart 1: Ice cream
Cart 2: Fries
cart 3: Generic merchandise found all over the parks
Cart 4: Cotton Candy
Cart 5: DVC

I actually love the train shop idea or train quick service.

It's a nice spin on the normal building.

While I find the train thing interesting, I still think they should make better use of it. A TTA-like attraction through the circus or the entire Fantasy Forest would be cool IMO.
