0 for 5... Sadly, I think Haley and Phil are the best so far! Not that that's saying much.

Phil seriously needs to sing everything at least a half-octave higher. Every time he goes into his lower register he's horrible. That crack in his voice trying to sing "Carlos Santana" killed any hope.

Haley did well for her, which still isn't saying much.

Jordin's up... Tempo too slow, she's at least in tune. It's drawn out so long she's running out of air on some lines...

Best so far, but we're really 0 for 6.

Hmm...I guess Jordin's vocals impressed me more than anything. But again, these songs are not about belting them out. No one has shown passion or grittyness which "Rhythm is gonna get you" has (it's actually my myspace song right now :hammer: ). It's not easy to do Latin music :lookaroun

Blake went safe...although Marc Anthony is a GREAT singer. And so far, Blake sounds um weird.

Thing is Gloria Estefan songs...well, her English ones, are the ones where you can find the most Latin beats. Santana comes second, but you can really feel it with Gloria songs. You sure as hell can't get it from J.Lo songs and even with that Marc Anthony song you can't get it :lol:

She was the only one who meshed Latin beats with rock and roll or whatever :lol:

I say Blake and Jordin best of the night. I can't even guess the bottom three. So many bad ones. Chris, Lakisha, Phil maybe? Hayley will get by again because there were people far worse than her. Sanjaya falls in there somewhere, but I have no idea where. :shrug:
