Agent P joining Phineas and Ferb for a one day appearance at the Studios

Im sorry but I cant stand things like this. We just got back and my kids would have LOVED to meet him. I just dont understand why they dont rotate some of the other characters around. Have agent P come out a couple times a day or something. Just like Lotso, my son would have loved to see him but now he is gone. Rotate him in with B & W, I guarantee both will draw a crowd.

It amazes me that Disney would go to the expense of creating the "outfit" for Agent P to wear and then limit him to one day. Maybe he is just too busy with Dr Dufensmertze (sp?).

Seriously, just give Perry sets elsewhere in the park or something.
This is about as silly as them pulling Kim Possible and Ron when they could have sent them to Epcot and promoted the World Showcase game better.

I don't understand it either. The reason we watch Phineas and Ferb is because of Agent P and many watch it for the same reason. I would wait to meet Agent P but wouldn't waste my time if there were a long line for Phineas and Ferb.

What's even crazier is that with how insanely popular the meet & greet is, you'd think it would be a complete no-brainer to add Agent P and Doof.

On a side note, have the gotten rid of the whole making a movie thing? I haven't seen the "Director" or them stopping to do any kind of show.

Just finished watching the movie, loved it except for one part that annoyed me. I plan on being at the studios to get a pic with Agent P:sohappy:

Does a one day appearance do anything other than get pictures on the DisneyParks blog so that some poor people are going to think they can meet him at DHS on their upcoming trip?

Once again Disney adds something, and everyone complains. Not sure why he is only 1 day, but seriously complaining?!?!? Every single post in this thread?

My vacation is ruined because ___________ (we could do it as a madlib) " Mickey mouse rode the ride with the kids in front of me, but not my kid"

Magic happens differently for everyone. Some have gotten play testing, some have gotten extra stuff, and some have had a wonderful time enjoying the experiences they had, rather than focusing on the experiences that they missed out on.

Its a one time unadvertised thing. Maybe they could replace ESPN the Weekend with Agent P the Weekend.

I've been saying the same thing! They could have the characters somewhere in FW (maybe in Innoventions where you sign up) and what a plug for the Showcase Adventure.

It boggles my mind why they don't have any merch either. My son was so in love with his first Adventure and so proud when he completed it. I would have gladly bought a pin that said something along the lines of saving the world... or even a t-shirt for that matter... something!!!

I have to ask the same question as well. My whole family (hubby included) would be thrilled to meet Agent P. Even if they gave him a separate queue (technically P&F don't know who Agent P is, so having them meet together doesn't really follow the story line).

Why they would go through the trouble of having him meet for one day is beyond me... unless they're testing his popularity!?!

Of course we're complaining! Disney didn't add anything!!! If they added a new permanent M&G of Agent P... then that would be adding something! But this is a one day appearance that doesn't even make sense (unless they're testing something). It's not an advertised special event that people (whether vacationers or locals) could have planned their trips around it. It's just an odd, random appearance of an increasing popular character!

First off, what did they add? If you for a second think this is adding something you need to take off the rose colored glasses. The reason people think this is lame is because he deserves to be in the meet and greet consistently, not just to promote a TV special. And who said it ruined their vacation? Also if Mickey didnt ride with my kid at least I can go meet him and get his autograph and interact with him later on.

Agent P is currently on his own tour in a bus around the country. Perhaps the costume is simply on lone from the tour to make a quick appearence at the studios.

I read on another site that it was to promote the movie that aired on Disney Channel yesterday (and comes to DVD on Aug. 9th).

Well after he's done his tour I hope he sets up permanent residence in DHS!

I was there yesterday, and WHEW what an experience! I was cut off for the second session (literally was the cut-off point), and was the second family in line for the third session. But even after being there for almost 1.5 hours, it was definitely worth it
