Do you have park admission for this extra night that just opened up, or must it be an out of park restaraunt?

I would suggest:
1900 Park Fare at the GF
Chef Mickey's at the CR
Liberty Tree Tavern at the MK
Crystal Palace at the MK
Trail's End at FW
Cape May Cafe' at BC
'Ohana's at the Poly
Cinderella's Royal Table at the MK (but it may be more than you are wanting to $)
Hope this helps - welcome to the boards!
By the way...Garden Grill is great! :slurp: :D

Scratch California Grille suggested by Surffish...it doesn't meet your cost criteria. If you can go to any of the parks, in addition to suggestions already made, 50's Prime Time (MGM), Liberty Tree Tavern (MK, dinner buffet), Kona Cafe at Poly, most of the countries at Epcot (Rose and Crown).
Enjoy, and yes, welcome to the boards!

LIBERTY TREE at the Magic Kingdom!

It gets you into another park and is way different from what you will eat the Garden Grill and Boma. It will be anice change, plus you get the characters as a Bonus!

ENJOY!

Looking at your dates, you may not have much selection. Seeing as you are going during free dining, a lot of places may be booked up.

Good luck finding a restaurant. I have been calling everyday just to change a reservation that I already have from a 2 to a reservation for 4. It has been impossible so far. I even tried every reservation I have for all 11 days. They were all booked.
I hope you can find something good to eat.

You might want to try Kona Cafe. It is an excellent resturant at the Poly. You might have a shot of getting that ressie because it is not as well known as Ohana. Food is awesome I was able to get a ressie for the last week of August as recently as a week ago for breakfast at the time I wanted so their may be a chance for dinner as well. Hurry and call though and good luck!

I was able to find dinner for 4 on 9/14 at Cape May Cafe a couple of days ago. It's one of our favorites, has a great selection, and seems to still have a tiny bit of availability for Sept. We love it!
