Go for it and have fun. Some of the best time you can have is character interaction. I was only doing it because of the kids but I'm glad I did. One of my favorite pics is of me and Jafar. My daughter cried so I jumped in her place.

I can see adults wanting to have their pic snapped with characters.

I don't get why adults talk to the "characters" or ask for autographs. The signatures are available online, if you want it for scrapping. But I know people enjoy that. And if that is what you enjoy, go for it! No Eason not to...they are there to do that! :)

Are you kidding me? I've got a list of meet-n-greets that I need to do this year. My wife and kids have been warned that I must get my photo with Mr. Incredible (I heard Mrs. I is gone now) Frozone,Russell from Up, Mike & Sully. I'm trying to get my photo's with all of them. Then there is my annual quest to get my photo with cast member TJ at TOT. We've missed TJ the past two years because we went on the weekend. So, we specifically scheduled our DHS days during the week.

Who is TJ?

Don't feel at all embarrassed. I'm 30 and male and my DGF and I just got back. I can honestly say that we met most of the face characters and the ones in costume. With the characters that could talk, my bday button was a convo starter, but remember, they won't talk to you like you're 5. Yes, Cinderella asked if DGF was my princess and they ask about your kingdoms and things, etc, it's just their character. But you could see that they were enjoying talking with adults too. One of the best conversations we had was with Aladdin and Jasmine. We talked about Abu making banana pudding in the trees and how I liked Aladdins shoes and what Rajah does to them... It was hilarious and we had a great time (all of us.. yes, even Aladdin and Jasmine)

You have to realize they are adults who play with children all day. I honestly believe they are (usually) happy to have more adult conversations/interactions, lol.

One of my favorite character moments was with Jessie and Woody in Disneyland. Long story short, woody stole my autograph book and went down on one knee to return it. I muttered "Better put a ring it." Jessie started laughing (she fell on the ground and I could actually hear her). Then she stood up and did the single ladies dance.

I have more, but yes. Go for the meet and greets and play!

Once we pass under the arch and get on property we are like kids I'm 48 and the wife is 52 We do the meet and greets all the time I walked right up to King Louie and told him I wanna be like you and two of our favorite pics are one with all seven dwarfs and one with Maleficent at the halloween party. This past May we even got to meet all the Star Wars characters at SWW which was a double geek out for me. Ventress Ahsoka and Commander Cody even did a little skit as they changed out it was really cool they did an awesome job

I love getting pics with the characters! I am a P&F nut, as are my kids. We waited in line forever at the M&G. When it came to us, the cast member waved us through and I took pics of the kids. They walked away and she started to let more kids in. I looked over and said "Ferb, I know what we're gonna do today...take a picture with one really awesome MOM!!!" :D The characters played right along and the CM were laughing. She called the kids back and a CM took some priceless pics of me with P&F. Totally worth it!

Because it's fun! I love interacting with the characters (even if they can't "talk" back).

Character meet and greets are some of my favorite things to do! (I'm 23) and my mom does them with me as well! And when I go with my fiance next year I'm totally making him do it :)

Aladdin & Jasmine became my new favs, when we were getting our photo in front of the castle taken by a CM I saw them walk by and I said hello. So they jumped in the photo, and allowed several shots to be taken!!! My fav photos from last years trip.

I love M&Gs!! My favorite was years ago at MNSSHP when I got to meet Tarzan. We took a photo and he signed my autograph book (yeah, it was that bad) and then he said. "Jane teach Tarzan write name. Tarzan write name many times today. People over there watch Tarzan write name. Give Tarzan creeps!"

do it!!! it is a lot of fun, and can make amazing memories. for my 21st birthday, i had a special book made of old photos of myself and the characters spanning from my first trip to a disney park ( disneyland in 1991 i was a infant ) to the trip i took in january 2011 at disney world. each character had a page with various photos with that character. i keep it by bed in my dorm room.

With or without the kids, I love meeting characters! I make it a point to see Donald on every trip.

I don't have an autograph book, but I will get in line for a quick "hello" and a photo. Meeting characters is part of the Disney magic!

Love doing M&Gs, I waited in line for over an hour when Pixie Hollow first opened up to meet my fav Tinker Bell. I use our M&G photo pass pics to do a calendar for the year. Took Bob Thomas's hardcover book on Walt one trip and had as many characters autograph it as possible for DS for a Christmas present. Characters seem to really love the idea, I explained what I was doing and they would ask how old he was. I explained he was in college there at Full Sail. Belle had a friend at the same school, Tink asked how tall he was and then told me to have him come to see her himself! It was actually a lot of fun.

I do pics on our all adult trips but not autograph books but that's just me. when i go to disney it's all good but we approach our all adult trips like a combo of bachlorette party meets acting like 8 year olds. remember everyone is wrapped up in their own vacation and could care less what everyone else is doing so go for it!

I do it! I get just as excited as any 3 year old when I see a character lol. They always still make me blush too. I truly feel like a kid at heart at the moment when I talk with one of them and get my picture with them.
