Accident at LMA today?

I sounds like the CM will be OK, I'm glad for that.

I saw this show the 2nd day it opened, I never had the ambition to see it again. I was not overly impressed.

was just telling my husband last night about the accident and said you know I really don't care to see it again. He agreed, for us it was a saw it once, don't need to see it again. He said plus it was so hot sitting there watching it. Cool to see a time or 2, but it's the same script and everything for all other shows.

I wish the stuntperson a speedy recovery. I have a great deal of respect for the people involved with LMA & the risk they take to perform these stunts on a daily basis. I am extreamly glad it was not something that caused even more injury & hope this is the last of this for a very long time.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery to the CM. Encouraging wishes to the CMs family in supporting him/her during the recovery period. :)

Personally, I like watching LMA. Where else can I go see a show like that? I find it fun, fascinating, and a good chance to sit for a little while. It's not for everyone and I can imagine how you could see it too many times and be tired of it just like any show. The stunts all have risks involved and it's not surprising that someone was injured. I guess that's the nature of that job, tho. I think it takes a certain type of person to be the CMs who perform in the show and they understand the risks involved. Kudos to them for not having more serious incidents more frequently. That's a testament to their professionalism. **thumbs up**

Again, bestest wishes to the CM for a quick and not-so-painful recovery! I personally look forward to seeing him/her again soon! :D

we had a similiar thing happen about 2 years ago. the motorcycle stunt man made a jumo towards the end and did not land properly. they placed a tent over him and ushered everyone out. Never heard naything else after, even posted it here and nobody had any more info

I was at the show. It was not a pretty sight. He got like three feet of air on that one.

Hopefully the stunt person can be back soon. Lights, Motors, Action seems to be very popular and hopefully they dont take some of the action out of it.
