Sorry to revive this old thread, but HOLY HELL, DID ANYONE WATCH LOST TONIGHT?????

Wow. Just wow. They just keep getting better. And how about Sayid's visitor at the end there?

Wow. Just wow.

And how about baby Ethan!!!!!! Man. Threw me for a loop. AND WHAT ABOUT CHRISTIAN. Was that the black smoke swirling around behind Sun and Lapidus in that building???

Really?! I thought "LaFleur" was much better than this epi... but it was still a good episode!

And I was annoyed about Ethan--- that would make him... 27 when he dies, and make Ben about 14 years older than he is! It just doesn't look right!!!

But I wonder what happened to Daniel...?

I came on the board with the specific purpose of reviving this thread, but you guys beat me to it.

The long, slow build up of the first couple of seasons is paying off is spades now, I must say. The cynic would say "It should not have taken the writers so long", but if you think about it, the amount of time that will have passed to tell this show's story is about the same length it took to tell the first STAR WARS saga -- six years.

I am convinced now that if the writing and plotting stays consistent and engaging on up to the end of the show next year, LOST will go on to be hailed as one of the best episodic shows of all time.

Do you hear us, Disney?!?!

It was good to revive the thread, I missed it the first time around. If not an attraction, how about a lost weekend. Meet the stars, etc. It is a great show, planned out from start to finish, each turn just leads to better and better story lines while still tying in the past story lines.

TEEE-riffic idea! Since the show only has one season left, they need to have something planned for the hiatus between Seasons 5 and 6.

Make that Dollhouse, or I pass.

Really?! The boyfriend and I both think Ethan looks(ed) a lot older than Ben. *shrug* Anyway, regardless, I *still* don't think Ethan looks 27, nor do I think it makes sense for Ethan to be a full time surgeon by the age of 24--- but that's just me.

Anyway, the "Lost" weekend idea sounds FANTASTIC and I would make a special trip down to the world just for it! Come on, if Soaps get (well, got) a weekend, Lost should, too. Or how about even ABC: The Weekends and they could incorporate a bunch of different shows like Gray's and Scrubs?

Last one saves the idea!

To confuse matters further...
William Mapother/Ethan (T. Cruise's cousin and vague resembler of N. Fillion) was born in 1965, making him 44.
Michael Emerson/Ben was born in 1954.

Anyhow...last night's ep....very nice.:)

I have no issue with Ethan being younger than the actor who plays him. He has an odd sort of look that could really pass for any age between 25 and 45.

The last fews eps. have introduced some great ideas that could be used for a ride.

How cool would it be if, at the end of the ride, you got your ride photo with a caption that reads "Dharma Initiative New Recruits, 1977"?

OMG WOW WHAT AN EPISODE

I cannot believe what Sayid did there at the end........

Does that mean that you-know-who is dead???? How would you-know-who still be alive?

Wow. Just wow. So brilliant.

Don't think so.
I seem to recall Farraday saying something about nothing they did in the past could change the future. So somebody went down....but didn't necessarily die.

The character will survive because of the island's power, and thus their destiny will be clear.

So, without really realizing it, Sayid helped create a monster.
