See...that's kinda what I was thinking...but then I wondered if the other people who were in second and third would feel slighted. But I mean, out of just group 1 I have 6 people in the top three positions

Group 1 is easy...just take all the people with 9 votes...group 2 is a little more complicated because you have like 3 people with 6 votes....I guess take all of them, and the one with 12 votes and whoever got 7 votes.
