I will say the same thing to you as I said to my Stage Manager last year...
(I'll even use the same even toned voice and blank poker face as I did.)

"So help me God, I will duct tape you to that wall."

Good Morning Everyone.:)

*HUGGLES*

Worked alot of hours the past few days and now I need some good sleep. Also have not been feeling that great the past few days: some bouts of mild lightheadedness, minor dizziness, and I swear my heart has experienced a few extra beats lately. I have also been really tired.

The good news is that I think I have diagnosed my problem. I think I am somewhat dehydrated and really need to increase my water intake. Where I work is extremely dry with no humidity in the air and I think I am not drinking enough water when I am there.

I have all the classic symptoms of fluid volume deficit. Since I am really bad at drinking alot of water, I will just have to force myself to drink it.

Oh well...........what can you do?:(

On a happier note.....I am off for the next two days atleast.:sohappy:

Good morning Giraffe!
Long time no huggles!
My dd used to work in a building with climate control. No fresh air. And she had constant health issues, including bad migraines.
She has been doing her job at home for the past month. Lucky her! So many perks to that! And one of them is her health has improved. Amazingly so. Opening a window does wonders. Unfortunately, not all jobs allow for fresh air.
Enjoy your time off. Get plenty of fresh air and fresh water!

Thanks! I missed you too. There are windows in the patient rooms, but they are only opened in cases of emergency. Unfortunately there is only recycled stale, dry air circulating around.:( Not to mention whatever germs are brought by the patients (and I dare say germs laying around the hospital in general........:lookaroun ).

I really feel yucky. If I had a 1000cc bag of 0.9% saline and some I.V. supplies, I might just be tempted to hook it up. It would work alot faster than drinking all that water.
