For those of you who remember, my trip to Disney a few weeks ago was tarnished a bit by a beyond-rude tour group and several cast members who witnessed the offending behavior and agreed it was terrible, but did nothing (the bruise on my shin is almost gone).
A Disney rep called me today to apologize and say that they had gone over my letter closely and found what I said to be true. The information was passed on to the appropriate departments for CM training. It helped that I had specifics on date and time and attraction, etc. The woman who called said that security should have been notified, CMs should have addressed the problems, and they should have lost their fastpasses on that attraction at least.
Best of all, in exchange for a copy of my admission media, WDW will provide me with replacement admission media for those days.
Which makes me happy (but means I'll have to go back!).
Just thought you might be interested in the happy ending.
