A Flap in the Right Direction

Very cool, while I miss that area being seabase, the thing I missed the most was this demonstration. Glad to see it is back again.

It says it has been on hiatus for 6 months.

I will swear I saw it last time I was there - the end of March.

It suprised me at the time, because I did not think the tank was operational any longer.

A little bit of "Edutainment" has returned to "The Seas" in a wise choice by management.

Bit by bit EC is returning!

Here we go again.

This is GREAT news. They fixed something that was broken, instead of leaving it closed permanently, as has seemed to me more prevalent in recent years.

But for you allude that this is some long-lost EC event that had been shuttered that was dusted off and re-opened by current management?

A very clever spin, my friend. Very clever.

Thing is... You could have still made a strong point just by pointing out that they did the maintenance required to get it working again, and that bodes well.

I wasn't "alluding" to anything. I went right out and said it. But I did forget one thing........

Eh...I'd save the "way to go" until they add something new.
Fixing what was broken isn't something to be excited about. It's something to be expected.

The trend for Future World was to get rid of "Edutainment" (I'm not sure if you hate the concept or the word :veryconfu).

It appears to me that the new Epcot team is emphasizing what made Epcot Center so compelling. I think it is a long overdue strategy and praise worthy. What they coulda, woulda, shoulda done is in the past is no longer of any consequence. There is a new sheriff and the only thing that counts in Future World is the Future. :)
