Yikes...a crane for the REFURB?I thought they would only need it for the wand.

My guess is that a large tarp will be drapped over the opening. Afterall, Disney wouldn't want guests to see a huge hole in the side of a building, would they?

Isn't there already a station that serves this area? I can only imagine they are building a 3rd Station on property to cover expansion that the western way project will bring?

There are actually already 4 stations on property.

Just to elaborate on my crane comment, 2 cranes are currently in Epcot. One in Future World, the other is listed as Epcot general. Both are large mobile truck cranes. Not sure if this machine is capable to take down the wand or not. Anyone know more about these things?

A huge(really really freakin huge) new one showed up im guessing during yesterday or night behind america(nearby backstage) i think this one might be what you are looking for it has sam's cranes written on it havent seen this one before last night

i think this is the only time in disney history id really really hate to see a tribute to the fallen.

better yet, have the wand floating in space and have the astronaut and girl looking at it. :lookaroun

There is no need for off topic nasty comments. Some people like the wand. The wand posts are really annoying. Pick on something else for awhile and make yourself seem a little intelligent.

I've worked on numerous renovation projects in which the air handling equipment has been replaced. Such units are often designed to be dismantled and reassembled, with pieces sized so that they can fit in typical service elevators.
