Castle Dreamlights

WHY does DisneyLAND have their dreamlights on their castle, but WDW has chosen not to put them up!!?? WDW blames it on the guests complaints about the crane ruining their pictures! I don't think that is a reason...THAT IS A COP OUT! WDW management, take responsibility for your decisions and stop blaming the guests! Disneyland have CAPS that go onto the roofs of the castle and probably doesn't take that much time...overnight! Why can't you make CAPS for BOTH castles that have the lights ATTACHED TO THEM!? I just solved another Disney problem!

WDW's dream lights are a much more involved installation. It was way more extensive. The ones at DLR are nothing like it.

Presumably because of the projections onto the castle for the fireworks shows.

I think the projections would work fine even with the dream lights installed.

The loss of dream lights is a blatant cost cutting measure simply because Disney folks will show up anyway.

Well they are bringing back a nighttime parade so anything is possible. Now will the castle lights return with the same look? Probably not.

They put them on the gingerbread display at the Contemporary. Not sure if it means anything besides they don’t want us to forget they existed.
