Looks awesome! I can't wait to ride the new Test Track 3.0 at Epcot because it's my favorite ride at Epcot.
Where's the guy who's supposed to checking out the yellow thing? Don't they take turns for this M&G?
Not sure if anybody has noticed this yet, but I forgot to mention these windows below the GM lounge have been uncovered again. For the original Test Track queue they let in natural light, during the switchover for TT 2.0 they blacked them out. They’re once again open and without coverings, whether that’s just for construction or if the windows are returning for the TT 3.0 queue is anyone’s guess. From last night

(Edit bc the photo posted as really low resolution originally for some reason)
Doesn't look like it so far, but I wonder if the GM lounge will see changes during this update. Not sure if anybody has noticed this yet, but I forgot to mention these windows below the GM lounge have been uncovered again. If its not a queue thing then why remove the tarp at all? Or if it is, why now? I imagine it probably helps keep the area well lit during the day for construction. Of course they have flood lights in there but it would be silly to not use the windows they have available to them too. They were blacked out for TT 2.0 so they could more effectively control the queue lighting, curious what kind of queue 3.0 is going to be going for and whether they’ll keep the windows open for it or notIf its not a queue thing then why remove the tarp at all? It's to simulate really hard breaking with anti-lock breaks but they forgot to include it in the narration. It matches the feel of my GMC Terrain when I was driving 75 MPH and had to break aggressively a few weeks ago. I'm not joking or being sarcastic.i wonder if they can smooth out the braking after the high-speed run instead of feathering it in. i rewatched a RSR video from DCA and their braking didn't seem to have the jerkiness as TT does
Here's what it looked like originally. Those windows under the GM lounge windows were never my favorite (added for the original TT), but as long as the temporary looking giant canopy is gone, I won't complain!
Originally everything under the horizontal yellow band was open to the exterior. Here's what it looked like originally.
I dunno, I kinda like them. Ideally that whole alcove would be open air, but if it must remain closed in I think letting natural light in is a decent compromiseThose windows under the GM lounge windows were never my favorite (added for the original TT), but as long as the temporary looking giant canopy is gone, I won't complain!
