I have had a read about Tokyo Disney Sea on the internet and think it sound great. I would be great if that could materialise at WDW. But if the cash is a bit short, is there really any likelihood that any parks will be built in the near future?

But in answer to your question, I'll say Disney Sea.

Here's the address if anyone is interested

I actually love the Disney Sea idea too...I had read an article about the one in Tokyo as well - I think it might have been in Disney Magazine? Anyway, I thought it sounded like a very cool place and it would be great to see something like that in Florida someday.:D

DisneySea sounds very exciting, and I would love to see it down in Walt Disney World. The only problem is that Disney doesn't really have all that extra cash neccessary to build it, and with construction underway for Hong Kong Disneyland, it'll be a while till we see another full park in Walt Disney World.:(

Mr Lightbeer

I think a theme park where all the old rides could rest in piece, all the old parades and shows could go and maybe the old prices for food and souvineers lol could exist. Then if COP and the likes were due for retirement they could go here.Maybe you could get to be a C.M for the day here too.

Perhaps this would please the moaners (mrs lightbeer included ) that fear change.

I'm agreeing with Mr. Lightbeer. A park with all the old rides would be great. Just think if you could ride Horizons one last time...

great idea but it would never work because of the cost of rebuilding these old rides, I think the best way is to leave them where they are. I think before they even think about another park they need to sort out the other 4 parks first. Fill in the missing spaces: 20k lagoon, timekeeper, skyride, jiyi etc.

Then what about the new monorail system to ge rid of those bloody buses, then after that lets have another park. LISTENING EISNER?

I heard they will not build a new park for awhile but when they do it will be either a DisneySea or a Disney Park that is made for trill seekers.

I think that the Disney Sea idea sounds good. However, instead of a separate park it should be the major expansion to the Animal Kingdom park. After all for being a park about animals---the park sure does miss 3/4 of our planet----namely the animals from the seas and oceans. In addition, I think that this would give a much needed boost to the Animal Kingdom.

I like the Disney Sea idea. But it looks like another park won't be a reality for another 5-10 years (and thats just the announcement for it). :( :(

Disney seas was the stronges rumor for a while...but the idea seems to have fizzled out a lot over the past year or so. The other rumors of a Coaster only park...villians only park...sports only park..etc...are all unrealistic because of the limited market appeal of each theme. The next major thing we can see in the florida area is Beastly Kingdom...and then the coaster additions at MK. After that i am pretty sure the whole new monorail system issue will be adressed...and once its rejected...then we will start hearing more and more about a new park. Remember...disney has at LEAST 5 years between park openings in a particular area, and we never hear official word until about a year before it opens.

Yeah, its such a shame that they're gonna make us wait for that long!:( :( :( My kids'll be in college by the time it comes around. Unless Walt Disney World has a construction boom similar to when Epcot and the Disney-MGM Studios were built in rapid succession (as fast as theme park construction goes, that is), if no new park announcement has come by now, it ain't coming for a looooooong while...

By the way, I like Lightbeer's idea. For once.:D :D :D

I think something similar to Islands of Adventure and Tokyo DisneySea would be cool, also they could put in so many different things here without clashing with the themes of the other theme parks ; Discovery Island, Agrabah, Mythica, Marvel stuff etc. Otherwise I guess something like Disney's America would be cool. But this will probably take 20-30 years untill we will see something like this.
