No, I didn't. Not really.
But I would! I think the two of you would be awesome for DCL! Your trip reports made me really want to do my cruise, and your advice helped immensely. DisneyFalcon is the cruise master (we all know) and her competance makes me WANT to not only book through her (even though I generally avoid TAs) but her attention to detail makes me enthused.
You two rock!

we are also on the dream 21st Nov for our first cruise!!!
I am a travel agent and i looked at booking a room at the Atlantis for the day as it is cheaper than the prices of excursions from what I have seen!!!
I cant wait, i just hope its as magical as I have been told!!!

I read it can sometimes be cheaper to book a room at Atlantis. Last time I went in September Tammy got us a military rate at the Comfort Suites adjacent to Atlantis. The Comfort Suites offers their guests the same access to the Aquaventure. When figuring out if its worth it to go that route be sure to figure in the cost of the cab to/from (I think it was like $20 each way for 4 of us w/tip) and lunch if you plan to eat. The cruise line excursion includes both those things. If I recall, just a burger, no fries or drink, was like $12. The food is expensive! Ugh!
Booking the rooms at the hotels can be cheaper. Just gotta run the numbers. It often hinges on how many people you have going.
The Aquavebture is a lot of fun. You'll all have a fab time. At the very least, you will have been to Atlantis so when the commercial comes on tv you can say "I've been there!" WooHoo!
How do renting points work? I'm totally clueless on that lol!
