Also I’m kinda confused about the location everyone here said the hall we went there and he wasn’t there the cast members said the Canada bridge so we went over by the food booth the cast members there told me that he was on the bridge to world showcase my mom looked it up online and it said communicore plaza so we went there and the guest experience team took us to the right place where we joined the virtual queue but what happened was he at communicore hall yesterday?

The cast members where he was said they had been trying to clear up the confusion so he was there all day today at least

They put him on virtual queue. I got there around 11:45 and got an estimate to get called around 1:30.

Today. I was in line around 1:10-1:30.

I also was extremely confused trying to find him. The first two cast members I asked indicated he was on the right hand pathway that borders the Imagination Pavilion. Thankfully, a guest relations CM told me he was on the middle bridge.
