23 XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports are filing a anti trust lawsuit against NASCAR.

I am able to bring something to light in terms of the charters. The media gave out information about charter proposals going this summer didn't look good for the owners at all. Also I'm under the impression the team owners were forced to sign if what is being said is true. The problem is Joe Gibbs, Rick Hendrick, Richard Childress, and Roger Penske are very old and they don't want to deal with drag out in court. Rick Hendrick is the youngest of the 4 at 75 years old and Penske is the oldest at 87 years old.

Also Charters to teams matter a lot due to if a team isn't under a charter, you don't make as much money. Also the teams looking at things from a tv revenue standpoint in terms of money.

Before some ask about starting a stock car series against NASCAR, there are big problems with it. NASCAR and Speedway Motorsports own I believe almost all NASCAR scheduled tracks. Speedway Motorsports and NASCAR started buying tracks they didn't build back in the 1990s I believe. The track monopoly had mentioned in lawsuits in the past, but they didn't go nowhere.

Going against NASCAR isn't like when Indycar went against CART because Indycar was founded by one of the owners of Indianapolis Motor speedway, the home of the Indy 500. The problem here is even if a rival racing organization is formed and can race at Indianapolis Motor speedway, it would be over shadowed by the Daytona 500 due to Daytona 500 being the biggest stock car racing event out there. Also I don't see NASCAR's TV partners showing a new Stock Car organization that would go against NASCAR. There would be the disadvantage of NASCAR owning their own Radio network and Speedway Motorsports owning the other Auto Racing Network.

Alex Bowman's car got disqualified after post race inspection for not meeting the minimum weight and Alex didn't advanced to the next round of the playoffs as a result.

Joey Logano now advanced to the next round of the playoffs due to Alex Bowman's car got disqualified.

There is a possible scandal that NASCAR is aware. What I am referring to is Joe Gibbs racing Engineer that is in a contract year decided to give race set up information to a rival cup organization that is not in the playoffs. The team gave the engineer cash for the race set up information.

NASCAR Officials now announced Bobby Allison won 85 career cups instead of 84. What happened was Bobby Allison won a race in August of 1971 at Bowman Gray Stadium.

The 1971 race in question has been controversial for many decades because of how should the recording of the race be handled. What happened was the 1971 Bowman Gray Stadium race had a combination of cup cars and NASCAR Grand American Spec cars and Bobby won the race in a Grand American Spec Car, but NASCAR treated the race as nobody won at the time for many years. What happened there a bunch rival drivers including Richard Petty cried fouled because a Grand American series car won the and shouldn't be counted as a cup race as a result.

What caused NASCAR to make this correction now is they are going Bowman Gray Stadium next car for the cup cars for the 2025 Busch Clash.

What NASCAR did to Bobby Allison was something they should've been done back when they added 2 wins to Tiny Lund's cup career. Around 2005 NASCAR decided give Tiny Lund 2 cup wins for wining 2 races in 1971 that had a field of Cup Cars and NASCAR Grand American cars despite Tiny Lund won those 2 races in a Grand American Car.
