Here's the summary of Disney's shareholders meeting. According to the meeting (cited by and Yahoo News), there are 7 proposals that up to vote by shareholders.
Four proposals were approved, all from The Walt Disney Company, namely:
1. Election of the eleven directors, including appoint Mark Parker as its chairman and Bob Iger as its CEO.
2. The ratification of independent accountants
3. An advisory resolution on executive compensation
4. An advisory resolution on the frequency of votes on executive compensation.

However, there also 3 proposals from shareholders that all rejected, mostly sensitive ones. Here's more details:
1. Shareholders requesting a report on operations related to China. They referenced movies being censored for China, “mature adult themes” that American parents don’t want their children exposed to, and accused Iger of escalating the situation in Florida.
2. Shareholders requesting disclosure of charity contributions. They also mentioned "gay sex" abortion in their speech, saying the company's denouncement of Parental Rights and Education bill and support of abortion rights was "stupid".
3. Shareholders requesting a political expenditures report, due to Disney's support of the bill said in point 2 (aka Don't Say Gay bill), also on anti-abortion and anti-climate measures.

Yes
Also, it is clear from this meeting that Iger needs to leave Disney immediately, because he has gone crazy! It’s time for Dana Walden and Alan Bergman to run the kingdom.

If you missed the meeting, here's the first 15 minutes where Bob Iger talked about his vision and priorities for the company now and into the future.

It is unbelievable how much better Iger is at PR than Chapek. I know they are both soulless corporate monsters but Iger at least can convince you that Disney is a company worthy to be loved and admired.

Truthfully that isn’t much of (if not at all) an improvement. Having Lotso Huggin’ Bear in charge over at Sunnyside Corporate Company over his more open/honest counterpart without his fake/insincere cover on doesn’t fix anything.
