2022 The Wonder of Alaskan Cruise - The Second Time Around

Good evening.

We've been busy repacking our luggage and stuffing things that we've bought while in Vancouver.

We also just finished doing a home rapid Covid test, and all came back negative. Our friends are also reporting the same results. Fingers crossed that the result will be the same tomorrow.

Our cruise begins tomorrow!

Good morning. It is finally cruise day!!!

Just packing a few last minute stuff. We will head out for bfast and then come back to the room. We plan on heading to Canada place at 11:30 am since our allotted time is 11:45 to 12 noon.

Donald is all set to go. He’s wearing my DCL lanyard pin set.

I can't quite see all of them, but I have at least 4 of those pins!

We have checked out of our room, but it is another half an hour before we can head out to the cruise port. The old me would have been at the port already and waiting to check in, but it is a different time now.

I just hope that our cab gets here when it is supposed to.

We are at the port, luggage checked in, walked to the Fremont hotel, and did our tests. Now we sit and wait! Fingers crossed!

We are back on the ship. Fun excursion. Saw mountain goats using their telescope. I used one of the scopes to take a pic of a bald eagle.
