2017 military discounts for Disney World are being released today as well.
Typical exclisions apply (Little Mermaid rooms, campsites, and certain villas), and blockout dates are 4/9-4/23. All other dates are eligible, just subject to availability.
And rumor has it that along with the 4 day military salute ticket, a 5 day option will be released as well (we have not verified that yet- will update as more information becomes available)
This is a room percentage discount, tiered based on the resort level, and you may add a dining plan as well.
Eligibility (copied directly from Disney):
"Eligibility
To book this offer, you must be an active or retired member of the U.S. Military, including the National Guard, Reservists and the U.S. Coast Guard. Effective as of January 3, 2016, active or retired members of the Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Service (PHS) and the Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) are also eligible for this offer. Spouses of Military Service Members and PHS and NOAA Commissioned Corps members also qualify if they are able to present valid and active U.S. Military IDs in the absence of the Military Personnel or Commissioned Corps members.
