I know the park compacity is around 100k, how many do they let in on a sell out on Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween?
I don't think park capacity is that high. MNSSHP maxes out at about 25k. I seem to remember MKs capacity being in the neighborhood of 60k. Epcot can hold 100k.

I know this might not happen, but I wish new Disney villains from the past would make a future debut during the Halloween events. Such as Gantu and Oogie Boogie who showed up during the Villain's Unleashed event (Even though it wasn't Halloween). I wish WDW could make obscure Disney villains such as Edgar from The Aristocats or Madame Mim from The Sword In The Stone. But this might never happen but who knows.

as far as trick or treating part goes for this party, do you just bring a baggie or buy those pumpkins?

They pass out bags.

I don't hate to say it but you are right, 40K for the MNSSP limit.
I would be VERY surprised if that is true and the ride wait times do not suggest such a crowd. The special entertainment and character meet and greets are crowded but that's because they are party-exclusives. The average day at the MK sees 49,000 guests and (to me) is far more crowded the MNSSHP.

Never said that is how many attend, 40K is the number available to be sold.
And I don't think that's true. It sells out often. That number of guests in the park for just five hours would cause longer ride wait times than the average MK day (e.g. 40 min HM, POTC; 60 min Splash, 80 min Space). That just isn't the case. 3-hour waits to meet Jack Skellington have nothing to do with the crowd and everything to do with low capacity and extremely limited opportunity.
