2015 fall room discounts

Fall room discounts were just released for WDW!

Save 10-15% at a Value resort, 15-20% at a moderate resort, and 10-25% at a Deluxe resort.

Valid travel dates: 10/4/15-12/23/15, with the exclusion of 11/25-11/27.

Availability is EXTREMELY limited; already, we're finding that no rooms are available for many resorts and dates!

Excluded resorts: Little Mermaid rooms at Art of Animation, campsites at Fort Wilderness. 3 bedroom
villas, Bay Lake Tower, Polynesian Bungalows, Grand Floridian Villas

I wonder if the construction plans at the Wilderness Lodge are part of the availability problem. Apparently Disney is relocating guests with reservations due to construction plans. Maybe they are withholding rooms out of the discount announcement. I would keep checking your dates.

This may be true but they are trying to relocate these particular cases within the resort itself or to another deluxe resort. Disney will always upgrade when needed but rarely would move these people to a moderate or value resort. Not that these resorts are not beautiful they are and very nice!

Ive been checking for this to open up every day since the beginning of July and finally this morning when i went to the WDW webpage there it was. Went straight to our 5 night CBR reservation from 23-28th OCT and it let me change it over with no issues, saved us a couple of hundred dollars. As we just missed free dining by 2 days I'm very happy

A lot of what I was looking at seemed to have disappeared. I think WDW was having system problems because it said its reservation system was unable to process any requests. I hope its more of an issue then availability.

There was some site maintenance this morning, pre-7AM. It popped up specifically when I was looking at room prices. Maybe that has something to do with it?

The system has worked much of the time with sporadic issues. If you are able to see the discount available at ANY resort during your booking window, the system is working. For me, that meant no availability at any resort I would be interested in staying at (moderates other than Coronado; MK resorts). Oh, well.

We're staying at the Contemporary in October. I booked with a pin code back in April. However, I booked two rooms and they would only let me apply the pin code one room due to "availability". When I called back yesterday with this general offer I Couldnt apply it unless we upgraded. They also said this resort was the "stingiest" regarding offers, 10-15%.

I will be calling every week though, just to see if anything opened up.

Keep in mind that the Contemporary, due to Bay Lake Tower is now a very small resort by comparison to some of the other Deluxes on property, so you might have some issues finding available rooms with the discount. Would you consider looking at other resorts? Marie

Not for this trip, no. It just works out for our family traveling staying there with a 2 and 4 year old.

I actually called back today, and although they weren't able to provide my room with another discount, they did finally go ahead and apply the offer code to the second room, which they had refused to do before.

So, sometimes it's all about who you get on the phone.

That's all I saw, when I called they mentioned the All Star Movies which was nice, but not exactly what I had in mind, i.e., suite at the All Star Music. Still my trip is a quick weekend get away and we can live with the regular rooms at the ASM

2016 bookings came out about a month ago (non-discounted)
