Someone posted this on another board. Interesting article! Jamaica maybe?

I had heard a Jamaica rumor somewhere else too, so I hope this is true. Even though it is a much further drive for us I would love them to utilize Miami more to expand the Caribbean ports. I need Disney to wait a few years until we can go, but I would love to see the one in the Baltic Sea return providing of course that I didn't imagine that one. Oh one more that I have mentioned before - Asia.

Why Jamaica? I heard that Jamaica isn’t the safest island and isn’t Disney all about safety? I say do Belize City or Honduras or something. I mean I guess Disney wants to follow other ships which is why but I just heard Jamaica isn’t the safest.

I don't know enough about Jamaica to answer that. I do know DIsney would not take guests somewhere where they weren't safe. A few ports have been removed from time to time when conditions warranted.

Such as in the Mexican Rivera I believe. Now they do two stops in a port instead of someplace else. I can’t remember but we where going to do it on a Carnival once and with the issues we didn’t go. Plus, this was at the time the ship got stuck at sea… which wouldn’t be good!

Not that often. They change them up a little, but they will probably be the same.

Yes, the Mexican Riviera is the most recent example. You will also notice that Tunisia did not make the Med cruises again.

They'll be the same, as Tammy said. If you want to see a wide variety of new shows, you have to take a longer itinerary. They developed new shows specifically for the 12-night Med cruise and the 11-night Baltic cruise. Most were good to very good. A couple were absolutely excellent. And one was really bad. (I've also seen one really bad show on a normal itinerary when Twice Charmed wasn't quite ready to launch. They had a fill-in show that was performed only for about 4 or 6 cruises, if I recall correctly. It was the "Bumblesquat Family Reunion". God-awful. I can't believe it even got the go-ahead to go on stage.)

Bumblesquat Family Reunion? Oh my word that sounds awful, lol.
