Its usually this.. people who have WAY too much Disney in their life and this event is their chance to bask in the glory of their heros.

The theme park, and hotel questions that are being asked are evidence of how dysfunctional the Parks and Resorts has become. The fact that people feel that P&R management does not listen, nor cares about the guest and that resorting to following a Corporate meeting and asking a question is the ONLY way to get your voice heard is simply a sad sad sad state of affairs.

Been going since the 1980s. Unfortunately, the audience hasn't changed much, although you always get better questions when the meetings are in O-Town, Anaheim or NYC.
