Yes, they have illuminations every night year round.

Just so everyone knows Disney changed the date of booking the Candlelight Processional to the 16th.

Also, I think I saw on this thread that they still do Illuminations when they are also doing candlelight processional. Is that correct?

There is about a 15-minute gap between the end of CP and Illuminations.

If anyone reading this thread hasn't seen the Candlelight Processional before, make sure you see it! This is one of the few bits of today's Disney entertainment that has been around since Walt was alive (although it has become larger over the years).

Another question. I haven't done this in a few years - does the package still get you a shopping discount? I believe it used to be 20% off around EPCOT except for a few selected items when you showed your badge.

I'm pretty sure they stopped that around 2003.

I just made our reservations for 12/24. It's becoming somewhat of a tradition forus to spend Christmas eve at the CP with Gary Sinise.

Yes. All locations, all tiers count as 1 Table Service Meal entitlement for the Disney Dining Plan, MYW Premium, and MYW Platinum.

Now there's a bonus for the Dining Plan....More than pays for the day in itself!
