I am always so freaked out before our trips about everyone getting sick....and this year we are going right in the middle of cold and flu season. You should take some vitamin c right now....alot of people are skeptical about vitamin c helping with colds, but I swear by it....I take 1000 mg at the first sign of cold symptoms, and then 500mg each day after that. I swear it helps....I dont care what anyone else says! I do not give it to my kids, but they do take the Flintstones vitamins that have the extra vitamin c. And I have alot of friends and family who swear by Airborne, but I've never tried it. Have a great (and healthy!) trip!:wave:
