Another hot take of mine is that the hate for passholders is pure fantasy.
I missed the AP hate part? Have they been stocking their mayo pantry from park freebies?
Sam did nothing. Winston was no help.

Well, you're going to be raging as their website lists a mini fridge, but no microwave in the room. Oh, and if you want breakfast, that'll cost you an additional $24.Staying at the JW Marriott in Chicago for business at the end of the week, if there isn’t a microwave in the room I am going to rage. 5 star hotels must have microwaves!
You mean I can’t bring my pop tarts from home and keep my daily allowance? How’s the tap water?Well, you're going to be raging as their website lists a mini fridge, but no microwave in the room. Oh, and if you want breakfast, that'll cost you an additional $24.
What hotels are you guys staying in that have microwaves in the room?
Honestly have not seen one yet.
Lol no.
The food courts have microwaves open to all. I think it might come down to not wanting people stinking/smoking the place up cooking all kind of meals in the room microwaves.
Microwaves are available in all Resort hotel food courts as well as upon request in your room based on availability. The first one is they took out microwaves out of some of the hotels now to save money. The other one is they don't give out condiments anymore at some restaurants. Cosmic Ray's no longer gives out mayonnaise packets or sauces!!! You have to find a cast member and ask them for it and they have to unlock a door to give them to you. Such a shame Disney is hoarding sauces and not giving us microwaves at hotels. No wonder I see less people in the parks and they can't sell out annual passes. Not to mention the hand sanitizer dispensers are almost always empty and I see alot more trash around the park on the ground. Disney never used to be like this
It’s pretty common. I’ve stayed in a Comfort Inn, Clairion, Hampton Inn, and Hilton Garden Inn in the past 2 weeks and they’ve all had microwaves.About all of the hotels I've ever stayed in (and we've stayed all over the country) have not had microwaves.
The hotel we're in tonight has one (not a chain) and the hotel we're staying in Fri, Sat and Sun nights has one, too (Staybridge Suites). That's my 2019 Flower and Garden Tervis cup on the left. It’s pretty common. From DE to FL, motel chains off of I-95 pretty much many rooms have a microwave, the all u can eat hot/cold breakfast in the lobby one can bring in the room and reheat, take out fast food and reheat in roomWhat hotels are you guys staying in that have microwaves in the room?

You don’t even realize you just answered your own problems with the criticism. The “off I-95” hotels are rooms for travelers to get some rest, do their thing and move on down the road. I am not saying they are junk hotels but they are serving a purpose. They have served my purpose as well. From DE to FL, motel chains off of I-95 pretty much many rooms have a microwave, the all u can eat hot/cold breakfast in the lobby one can bring in the room and reheat, take out fast food and reheat in room
Microwave serves many purposes like I described regardless of type of hotel. You don’t even realize you just answered your own problems with the criticism. How well would that go over with a holiday inn select setup at the parks? Some would say pretty well but then come on here complaining that magic is gone and look what they are doing by cheapening the experience.
You can’t have it both ways!
…could be they overshot their price and see starting to look cheap while doing itPeople are avoiding Disney because they don’t have fire hazard microwaves in hotel rooms and they can’t grab 5,000 mayonnaise packets at Cosmic Rays. Got it.![]()
