Great! It just needs to be polished! Just some description of the facade, ride system, and more details in the scenes.
My biggest thought here is (and obviously it's just a rough draft) but we don't want the main E-Ticket to feel like a random collection of scenes. We want it to be a singular flowing narrative.

If you need any help with it, feel free to let me know, I'd be happy to help you out

I had the same though. I did think about having the Fairy Godmother in each scene. Like she kinda introduces it in a way? She talks about the importance of what that Princess did. But, it may need a bigger way of tying it together.

I'm picturing a villains themed shop half under the castle called the Dungeon. Have villain merch, poison caramel apples, a large Magic Mirror that an actor can control to interact with guests like the fountain in Lost Continent in IOA. Evil Queen theming, but other villain stuff mixed in.

I'm trying to think of something new for BBBoutique instead of just a clone. Perhaps Merlin's Magic Academy. Same basic set up of makeovers and photo-ops, but a bit broader and less focused in on princesses only.

Become a knight and get some basic sword fighting tips along with your costume and maybe a fake battle scar for the makeup!
Become a wizard and learn a basic magic trick along with your costume and maybe get some sparkly face paint for the makeup!
Become a princess/prince and learn to a basic waltz along with your costume and a style fit for a royal for the makeup!

Instead of FGITs (Fairy Godmother in Training), get taken care of by the Sorcerer's of Heroes In Training! Or S.H.I.T.s for short! Wait... I need to rethink that name. But you get the idea.

I would connect the Merlin's Magic Academy to a Princess fairytale Hall next door so you can go right from your makeover/costuming and all right into skipping the line for photos with the Princesses. A Rotating character meet and greet. Probably 4 princesses, but only if there isn't something like that near the E-Ticket (@NigelChanning09 @D Hindley).

I love the walkthrough idea, though Shanghai does have something similar. I think we could top what they have though. And it will be good to have someone who worked on the castle lending us a hand.

I believe all the actual rides are supposed to be in the seasons though. So, the courtyard wouldn't have any dark rides. So, if those are what you're looking for you might be more interested in a different group. The Courtyard is more or less just supposed to be shops, dining, streetmosphere, and whatever goes in the castle.
That's ok, Ill take a break from rides. I haven't done shops much yet, so this would be a good intro!

These are great ideas! As far as the fairytale hall, one of the ideas was to have a snow white meet n greet at the end of the walking tour. Not 100% sure if I'm remembering that correctly, mabye @D Hindley can back me up on that.

We could still have one regardless, but wanted to put that out there

Anna and Elsa will have their own meet and greet in the winter section, so don't include them in the rotation. Otherwise, I think that's an amazing idea

Perfect! The M&Gs can be in between the walkthrough and the MMAcademy. So, they both can exit into the queue for the Hall. Helps make that a more dynamic space too.

Here is the ugliest map I could make to illustrate that!

Petition to bring in a Castle Heraldry Shop. My favorite thing as a kid was going to see all the cool swords, and I'm so sad I never got to buy one

So, there have been some changes made to “Once Upon a Dream”. For the purpose of making it a more cohesive story and overall the best ride that it can be!

We enter a Pre-show room inside of a quaint village house. Inside, animatronics of the Fairy Godmother, Grandmother Willow, Grandma Tala, Grandmother Fa, and Mrs. Potts all reminisce about the respective journeys of the princesses. With the wave of the Fairy Godmother’s wand, a nearby mirror displays images of famous Disney Princesses. Suddenly, the mirror turns into a doorway and guests are ushered into the boarding area, which is themed as the inside of a castle. Guests board trackless boats and begin their journey. First they start outside and wind their way around the festival. They see Meeko taking food from baskets. Mushu playing with Fire (literally) and Sebastian conducting a musical fish orchestra.

The guests enter a cave and enter an enchanted forest. The Fairy Godmother appears out of thin air. “A princess must be Brave, Kind, and willing to make her dreams come true!” she says as the boasts quickly enter the next scene. They enter a dark room where, with the beat of a heavy drum, the lights turn on to reveal the training camp where Mulan became a warrior. “A princess must be brave. Always standing up for what’s right, no matter what!” the Fairy Godmother says. Mulan trains as Li Shang sings “I’ll Make A Man Out of You”. The boats enter the magical forest from Frozen 2 as Anna sings “The Next Right Thing”. We enter a large show scene where Moana faces Te Kah and sings “I Know Who You Are”. She gives the heart of Te Fiti away and the island around us shifts back to normal. The next scene takes place in a Scottish forest. Merida protects her mother against both Mord’u’ and her own father.

We end up in the Snuggly Duckling as the Fairy Godmother says, “A Princess must show kindness to all. Even if it isn’t so easy.” The thugs and Rapunzel sing “I’ve Got A Dream”. We end up in the courtyard of the Beast’s castle. As Belle sings about the Beast’s change of heart in “Something There”. The next scene is in the Seven Dwarfs’ cottage as Snow White and the forest creatures tidy up while singing along to “Whistle While You Work”. We end up in the North American wilderness and find Pocahontas teaching John Smith about the beauty of nature during “Colors of the Wind”.

After a splash of water, we end up at the bottom of the sea. The Fairy Godmother says, “And finally, a Princess must do what it takes to make her dreams come true. Through hard work, determination, and a good attitude.” We circle around Ariel, who sings “Part of Your World”. We then enter Agrabah and see Jasmine and Aladdin on their magic carpet while she sings her part of “A Whole New World”. We enter a forest where Aurora sings “Once Upon A Dream”. The forest uses a lot of bright colors to match the beautiful setting of the movie. It uses a lot of black lights like Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway. We enter a room where 2 1/2D is utilized. Tiana sings “Almost There” but the room gives off the feel of the original scene. Elsa sings “Show Yourself”. Cinderella and Prince Charming dance during “So, this is Love”.

The Fairy Godmother says, “And THAT, is what makes a princess!” as an animatronic of every princess steps onto a large stage and sings an original song, titled “What Makes A Princess”. The boats return to the boarding area as the ride comes to an end.

Alright, I am back. Thanks @Pi on my Cake for letting the team know of my absence. I skimmed through the last 10 or so pages I missed but from what I got we are 4 seasons and I am in Autumn. Which.... Literally nightmare before christmas is my favorite movie. I don't pick favorites very often and when I do they change alot based on mood but like... favorite.

When I worked at the Disney Store my name tag said jack skellngton.

I am very very very excited. I don't know what else or who else is in autumn with me and if we have a PM set up please add me in but I reallllly wanna work on the NBC stuff. More than anything.

Wanted to whip up my idea for a quick-service location in the "Autumn" section...

Harvest Day Café
A small quick-service location, diners at the Harvest Day Café eat their food outside on wooden benches, overlooked by large, colorful trees. Inside, the café is barn-like in appearance, with bales of hay and farming equipment scattered about and the distant sound of clucking chickens, mooing cows, and snorting pigs. As per the name, fresh vegetables from a recent Harvest Day festival are all on the menu, but there are other Autumn favorites on the menu as well: apple cider, caramel apples, pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, pumpkin spice coffee, pumpkin cookies... all sorts of apple- and pumpkin-related treats. When Halloween approaches, the menu changes to a spookier selection, with treats inspired by The Nightmare Before Christmas and Disney's diabolical villains.

Excellent stuff Nate!

For Garden of Seasons, in addition to the Carousel of the Seasons I have two more flat rides planned, following the Fantasyland playbook. All are based on Fantasia. Pegasus the Flying Horse is a Dumbo stand-in based on Pastoral Symphony. The Mushroom Dance is a simple spinner (neither teacups nor trackless) based on Nutcracker Suite. Later today when I grow bored with football & BBQ, I’ll start artwork on these.

Everyone doing dark rides should specify your ride type - classic bus bar, suspended like Pan, boat, omnimover, interactive shooter, trackless, whatever. Let’s create a nice, varied balance of rides!

Winter’s Mickey’s A Christmas Carol (not sure on name yet) is a classic busbar that is trying to capture the exact feeling of an og Fantasyland Dark Ride. No crazy technology, simple storytelling and vignettes with very basic animatronics.

Because I’m sure most people want to play with the tech a bit more in their rides, I wanted to make this a simple and classic throwback to the original dark rides
