1986 - House of the Future (Week Five)

I'm working on the Peoplemover... I have a question, just how "science fiction-y" do we want this land to be? Like, should we have robots and aliens like in Disney World's Tomorrowland, or try to keep it a bit more realistic?
BTW, you can totally have the PeopleMover circling InnerSpace Mountain for some peek-ins at the ride!

I'd have to ask @Pi on my Cake (our queue guy), but I'd also welcome the PeopleMover passing through the load station and the Mighty Microscope as well, just as it once did at Disneyland's Inner Space.

Just wondering if anyone has any feedback for the Iron Man attraction. I’m going to be working on the gift shop tomorrow and I need to know if I need to tweak the ride as well.

Description for the Peoplemover's done. I'll finish a logo for it tomorrow.

CenterCore Peoplemover
In the grand tradition of the Tomorrowland Transit Authority Peoplemover at Walt Disney World, the CenterCore Peoplemover takes guests on a tour of CenterCore. It snakes into, out of, and around various buildings and attractions, the little cars that transport riders across the track chugging along high above the rest of the land. Even if you don't ride it, the attraction adds a nice kinetic energy to CenterCore.

Like it's Florida-based brother, the attraction's load area is accessed via either an escalator or an elevator. Once at the top, one climbs aboard a vehicle similar in appearance to those of the Tomorrowland Transit Authority Peoplemover's, only more of a green-blue color with neon details that give the attraction a futuristic glow at night. Vehicles are dispatched in "trains" of three.

"Welcome aboard the CenterCore Peoplemover, your quiet and carefree highway in the sky," the attraction's narrator (voiced by Jeff Bergman) says. Much of the track is outdoors, albiet covered by a roof to protect it from the elements. However, the cars also travel inside other attractions, giving guests a look inside InnerSpace Mountain, New Horizons, and the queue for Iron Man: Expo Attack. These "windows" into the rides are "book-ended" of sorts by elaborate dioramas - a total of six. For example, before InnerSpace Mountain, riders glimpse a futuristic laboratory where folks in labcoats are hard at work. One stares at a petri dish via a microscope - the implication being that he's studying the riders of InnerSpace Mountain. And as the Peoplemover leaves New Horizons, guetss find themselves in a starfield where the stars, thanks to a combination of fiber-optics and projections, constantly rearrange into different constellations (among them Donald Duck's head) before the riders' very eyes.

Eventually, the attraction completes its "round trip" of CenterCore and arrives at the unload area, where guests can disembark and take either an elevator or escalator back down to ground level before heading off for another attraction, perhaps one of the ones they just got a "sneak preview" of.

It looks pretty good to me. Definitely interesting to see how you took advantage of the Stark Expo set-up to offer some more to the ride beyond just the main Iron Man stuff.

I'll have the Meet and Greet up soon. Just adding some final touches with it.

Awesome!

So, as it stands, here is the track list:

New Horizons: Track 9
Innerspace Mountain: Track 17
People mover: Track 5

The only ones left are for the LWTL by @PerGron and Iron Man ride by @NigelChanning09
Awesome album you found there, @Mickeynerd17

For our little Stark Expo area where the Iron Man attraction and Meet and Greet will be, would it be too out of place aesthetically to include this?

Alright, here is my write-up for the Marvel Meet and Greet.

Stark Expo Convention Hall
(Meet and Greet)
Stark Expo serves as a meeting place where scientific advances from all around, from Wakanda to Pym Technologies, have come together for the public to witness. Among these exhibitions is an even greater experience for its guests: a chance to meet a Super Hero face to face.

Building Exterior: In the Stark Expo courtyard stands a futuristic-looking building. It shimmers and shines with green and gold, designed with a sleek metal aesthetic. It looks like it should be a laboratory from a few decades ahead of our time, but a sign proudly announces “Stark Expo Convention Hall”. Peppered around the exterior are signs advertising some of the groups that have some to the expo, such as logos for Pym Technologies and S.H.I.E.L.D. Even the flag of Wakanda hangs proudly, for their contributions. A section of guide rails help to lead the way into the Convention Hall, to help manage any busy traffic.

Something to note about the main sign is that it also lists which two heroes are currently available for the meet and greet. There is a main pool of four heroes, with two of them available at any given time for this attraction.

Building Interior: Entering in, guests are first treated with a tribute to Howard Stark. A painting of him hangs on the wall, as signs explain the origins of Stark Expo and his visions of a “City of the Future”. A model of Howard’s original 1974 Stark Expo rests beneath the portrait. Heading down some hallways, monitors advertise the numerous exhibits that are present through this year’s Stark Expo, such as the wonders of the Ocean Pavilion (referencing the Iron Man: Expo Attack attraction). Guests will also pass by a directory that lists some of the other presentations that should be happening around Stark Expo, offering some fun references like a “Symposium on Gamma Radiation” led by Dr. Bruce Banner and “Advancements in Artificial Intelligence” led by Dr. Helen Cho.

Soon enough, guests will reach the Convention Hall Waiting Lobby. In the lobby, four major signs hang up on the walls. These four signs reflect four major organizations presenting in the Convention Hall: Stark Industries (discussing advancements in robotics), Wakanda (bringing up matters of outreach and finding applicable uses of Vibranium), Pym Technologies (promoting advancements in nanotechnology), and the Avengers (showcasing how technology is used to aid in saving lives). The signs discuss the history behind each of these groups, along with achievements and major scientific advances. Eventually, a Convention Hall employee will lead guests into the Meeting Room.

The Meeting Room has the same sleek aesthetic as much of the Convention Hall, though it seems made for presentations on a smaller level. Throughout the room are four heavily-secured display cases, each with a reference to the four heroes that guests could potentially meet: a model of an arc reactor, a Vibranium fragment, a vial of Pym Particles, and a model of the Stark Drone MK82, better known as Redwing. It is here where guests will have their chance to meet, talk to, and even get a picture with these incredible heroes. Though which two heroes will be there can vary, there are four potential heroes for guests to meet: Iron Man, Black Panther, Ant-Man, and Falcon. After meeting their heroes, guests will be led to an exit hallway, leading them back to the rest of Stark Expo.
