Here are two pictures that get the point across pretty well!

RAWHHRRRR!
HULK HATE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON!

They’ve started an unannounced, neighborhood-wide power outage that’s supposed to last all day! Meaning I’ll have to type out Retail on my phone, and without access to the notes I’d made! (It also means maybe no DisneySky update today .)
How your state and local governments have stayed in power for so long is beyond me.

Wait I'm in SoCal and have Edison. Uh-oh...

EDIT: My area isn't affected. Whew

If you have anything started, share them with me, and I can format them to the site.

Thanks. Just the two concept art pieces I made which are floating around this forum somewhere.

Back from emergency errands now, I am, gotta get onto an external battery and pound out Retail.

SoCal Edison truly does enrage me. Their negligence was *allegedly* the cause of the recent wildfire which forced me to abandon my National Parks road trip and then evacuate my house. Not to mention many other fires statewide on an annual basis. They have a body count! (The customer service is lousy too.)

Also I think something died under my floorboards last night! The living room smells like a bear carcass! Not a good day so far.

You’ve also got these environmentalist groups and policies that keep pushing power companies like SoCal Edison to use renewable energy but won’t allow them the resources necessary to replace their aging infrastructure (some of which date back to 50+ years and older). Likewise how these groups have also purposefully had land management overlooked and neglected through their green policies, adding literal fuel to the fires that plague the West Coast and affect their citizens the worst.

ARTS & CRAFTS & GIFTS

This adorable little toy shop is found indoors near the exit to “it’s a small world.” Here a child can be a child, with a huggable range of stuffed animals and toys and dolls to choose from.

Inside and out, Arts & Crafts & Gifts resembles an oversized toy chest. With guests shrunken to the size of green army men, they are welcome to enter and explore a charming world of toys! Colorfully painted murals in Mary Blair’s inimitable style depict a wide array of classic childhood toys, from dollies to Jack-in-the-boxes to jump ropes, tops and yo-yos.

Great big oversized toys populate the store space - wherever room is available amidst the merchandise shelving - from a cuddly teddy bear seat to kinetic tin wind-up robots to a building block playset in the corner where our youngest guests can work off their restless energy while shopping for a toy. Shelving and other furnishings are made from outsized arts & crafts supplies, like massive popsicle sticks and yarn and spools of thread.

If your little one wants to bring a toy home from the happiest place on earth, this shop is an excellent place to explore!

CROSSROADS CURIOS

Nestled in the circular base underneath the Tower of the Four Winds, Crossroads Curios serves as a retail-based appetizer for Small World’s themes. This open air merchandise stand features a carefully curated assortment of folk art from across the world, representing the widest possible array of cultures. These one-of-a-kind creations are available for purchase, as are simpler collectible pins and trinkets and snacks.

Like everything “Small Word,” the Crossroads is a world of motion. Overhead, kinetic multicolored clockwork gears spin and chime, powering the Tower’s hot air balloon ride. The folk art handicrafts appear on a literally rotating basis, since they’re both regularly updated, and their central display shelves spin around the tower’s axis.

A nearby patio overlooks the land’s dancing fountains and it’s facade. Here under awning shade, guests can sit, relax, or even meet our costumed walkaround characters dressed like the children from “it’s a small world.”

We enter the attraction’s entrance on the opposite side of the boat track’s entrance. We walk parallel to the queue of the boat track. Finally, we end up in the boarding area where we board flying toy sail boats and begin our adventure.

The North
The first scene depict the North as dolls dressed as eskimos skate around on ice as Santa Claus flies in his sleigh. We continue into the North Pole as elves craftily make toys and Mrs. Claus heats up the oven, which releases the smell of freshly baked cookies.

Europe
We enter the European section as we first enter Denmark. First, three headed Troll dolls raise their staffs and Valkyries prepare for battle. We cross the rainbow bridge into Asgard and see a doll dressed as Thor and his trickster brother, Loki.

Now in Eastern Europe, we come across a friendly Dracula doll as he waves his wand and smiles from his dark castle in the fictional world of Transylvania. We enter a fairytale environment as Ogres dance around and Wizards cast spells of fireworks and glee. A knight battles a large dragon as it attempts to infiltrate a castle.

Gnomes open up their small homes and throw a feast. A large basilisk also towers over us as we enter the next scene.

We enter Greece where we’re welcomed by singing dolls in Togas as we see Unicorns and Greek gods like Hermes, Zeus, and Hades, who is accompanied by Cerberus.

We enter Ireland and see Leprechauns on rainbows and near large pots of gold. We pass over a bridge and enter Scotland. As a friendly Loch Ness Monster waves goodbye with it’s large tail.

Asia
We enter Japan and come across magical Yokai in the streets. We see the turtle-like Kappa and the Fox creature, Kitsune. Finally, Nurikabe, the living wall, blocks our path but decides to let up move forward.

Now in China, we see large and happy Pixiu Dragons dance around and breath fire while flying among the clouds. Other creatures dance around like water dragons and pixiu Unicorns!

This leads us to India where Genies appear and Magic Carpets fly amuck. A large Roc bird stares down at us as we pass by. We pass by scenes of Sinbad and his journey.

After we exit China, we find ourselves in the Himalayan mountains as a friendly yeti dances to disco music atop a mountain.

Africa
We enter Africa as we see the Lightning Bird and the large Grootslang and happy water spirits known as Zin!

We enter Egypt and see a large Sphinx staring at us surrounded by Pyramids. Mummies creep out from their tombs and wave hello.

North America
Now in North America, we see a large Paul Bunyan doll and his bill chopping wood. Bigfoot wanders around an Oregon forest having a cookout with his family. Witches (that bare a resemblance to the ones found in Hocus Pocus) fly around Salem, Massachusetts. The Mothman flies around as bystanders quickly rush to get a picture. A Superman type hero saves a cat from a tree as grateful civilians dance around with excitement. UFOs all hover over Area 51 as a cow gets lifted up.

The Tropics
After arriving in Hawaii, we see the tricker demigod, Maui shape shift into all sorts of creatures while singing hula dancers and Tikis sing the classing tune. We end up under the sea and are approached by Mermaids and Krakens as bubbles fall from the sky.

The White Room
We meet back up with the boat riders in the final scene in the White Room as we depart from our journey and learn that our world’s, fictional or not, are not so different after all.

Awesome!

One thing about the queue, I've got both queues in my write-up because the rides will sort-of share a load. It will make more sense in my write-up, but just wanted to let you know in case you liked it better.

Great!

That was definitely something I was wondering about! So, @NateD1226 , when you add my write up to the website, you may want to just leave out that first paragraph about the entrance/boarding area.

So I've been hacked.

Google, OneDrive, and Reddit have all informed me someone from Russia knows my password, but I have no idea how many other accounts have been breached. Luckily I'm a minor so I don't have any bank accounts or super important stuff. The most dangerous thing for me right now is messing with college apps, I'll have to change passwords everywhere and review recent activity. Including here, but I doubt the Russians are very interested in 1986.

I'll get the menu up later, for now, I've got to deal with this.

So the DM you just sent me about making some Bliny tonight should be ignored? I thought we were about to become BFF’s :(

Jokes aside, stay safe with that!
